A. We always try to send the same cleaning professional to your home for each visit. Sometimes that's not always possible due to days off, vacation, or illness. Best rest assured your home will still be cleaned to our consistent and rigorous standards.

Q. What if something in my home gets broken?
A. We understand that our professionals polish, dust, and scrub everything to get the results that Image Cleaning is known for. We also understand that accidents sometimes happen. So, in any damage or loss occur, just contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning date, and we will do our best to make it right.
Q. How do you access my home?
A. Although some of our clients are home at the time of cleaning, you do not need to be. We have multiple options to create a secure way to enter and exit your home that works best for you and your family.
Q. Should I tip my cleaning professional?
A. Over time your cleaning professional becomes part of your family, they get to know your preferences and tailor them to your needs. We always encourage you to show your appreciation to your cleaning professional if your happy with the work they have done. It's never a requirement, but a gratuity is a powerful way to say thank you. Even a personal note from you, simply saying "thanks for making my home shine" means a lot.
Q. What if my my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
A. If your cleaning falls on a holiday that Image Cleaning observes, we will contact you prior to your cleaning and reschedule for a day that works within your schedule.
Q. What do I need to supply for cleaning?
A. This is a great question! Image Cleaning professionals come equipped with everything. We also understand that each client has special needs. In some cases, allergies and sensitivity to cleaning products can be very serious. We are in the business of combating dust mites and making environments healthier and cleaner. If you prefer for us to use your vacuum or your specific cleaning products depending on the chemicals. We are more than happy to work with you.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash.
Q. I have pets!
A. That's awesome! We are also pet owners and understand the dynamics behind them. We also have pet waste removal for your convenience. It would be helpful to know your pets name, so your cleaner professional can address the by name. If you think you have an aggressive pet, we suggest leaving them outside, or in a specific secured area to ensure the safety of your cleaning professional. If you are not home during cleaning visits. we ask you to leave a note on any specific instructions on how to handle your family member upon entering or exiting your home. Most of the time. they understand that they are not there to play and eventually will find a quiet place to lay.
Q. How much does it cost to clean my house?
A. This is also a great question! Every home and family's needs are individual as you. Image Cleaning will come out and perform a no cost in-home estimate, we get to know your specific needs and build a cleaning plan just for you. Need are based on size of home, frequency, preferences and budget.
Q. What times are available for cleaning and what time do they arrive?

Q. Why is my initial cleaning cost higher?
A. This is a great question. Usually the first cleaning is the most important. The first cleaning is the standard that we promise to maintain. Your professional cleaner takes that extra time to start to get rid of the dust accumulation, detailed vacuuming, mildew and scum buildup.
Q. How often do you provide cleaning?
A. We have multiple cleaning frequencies; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your cleaning needs. We also have move-in and move-out, after party / event cleanup, post construction cleanup, and many more cleaning services available to save you time. Q. What do I do if I must cancel or change my cleaning days?
A. If for any reason, you need to cancel, skip, or change your cleaning day, just give Image Cleaning a call within two business days of the day of cleaning. If we receive less than a two-day notice or are not able to access your home, it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning.
Q. How do I give feedback on my cleaning service or professional?
A. We love to hear from all our clients. You will be given your own log-in information, where at that time you can connect directly with Image Cleaning, leave feedback, see your account information and pay your bill, change days, etc. This is a great tool and resource at your fingertips.
