Move-In / Move Out Cleaning Services 

                Get your hard-earned deposit back!  We will go over the tenant’s checklist with you so you can move out with confidence! 

                We also understand that you want to move in to a sparkling new place, we will go over with you the expectations of your new home, and you won’t be disappointed.

After Party & Event Cleaning

If the event is at your home, or at the office, we will take care of the dirty work for you. 

Sleep off the drinks from the night before, go to yoga, maybe even a pedicure.  Who knows what you have time for now.

Post Construction Cleaning

You now have that new room that’s ready to be used.  We understand that now everything in the house is dusty.  Or a brand-new home just waiting to be cleaned for a showing or their new owners.    We get it!  (Does not include duct cleaning / waxing or buffing of floors)

* We reserve the right to alter or modify the services described.  For recurring cleanings initial cleaning is higher than quoted price.  
** On suites with separate shower and tub/Jacuzzi one item is included in general cleaning.  Additional item added is slightly higher.
